Since you already have a Login.gov account, you must first confirm that the work email address that you use to access the WIOA portal is associated with your Login.gov account. The Department of  Education may require you to provide additional authentication requirements on your first access to WIOA through your Login.gov account. Use the multi factor authentication (MFA) keys you established when you set up this account to login and access the WIOA State Plan Portal.
